I woke up today feeling MUCH better. I'm feeling a bit hungry today. No headache WOO HOO!!

I waited until noon to eat 1/2 a grapefruit with salt. YUMMY I love grapefruit. I went to Target to get a baby gate and while I was there I got an Iced Coffee from Starbucks with NOTHING in it. I put 2 packs of Stevia in it and it was SO GOOD!! I drank it through the store as I shopped.

Ate my Tilapia from last night with some lettuce and lemon juice. It was good but the last bite of the Tilapia was burnt or is it burned? LOL So it left that taste in my mouth. YUCK!

We went to a movie and saw Baby Momma. U and the boys got popcorn. It was SOOO hard to sit there and not eat it. Smelled SO yummy! I did have 1 piece and that was it. I sucked on it for a while. LOL

Got home and I cooked some Curry Shrimp stuff for me. U made him and the boys some Ramen Noodles. The Shrimp stuff was OK. I ate it on top of tomatoes and lettuce.

Then I had an apple before my 2nd dose and went to bed.

Last night I went to sleep with a horrible headache. I woke up with a visitor full on. I started my peroid (TOM = that time of the month). YUCK! I still have a headache too.

Ok I had a headache ALL day.

I ate an apple about noon... then I ate my lunch about 1-2ish. I don't even remember. I boiled spinach again and put lemon juice and sea salt on it. The spinach didn't taste as good today but the chicken was good.

I tried to take a nap and U came home so I went into my room to close the door. I finally did get to sleep and it was time to take the boys to get their Chiro Xrays done. So, we ALL went to the Chiro. I took some Tylenol before we left. I REALLY couldn't function. That's SO not like me. It was almost like a migrane. The tylenol finally helped a while later.

After the Chiro we were there a long time... didn't leave until 6ish. So, we went to Applebee's for Dinner. I heard they have a good WW menu so I figured I could get something. I ordered the Cajun Lime Tilapia with a side salad instead of the sides that come with it and NO dressing. I ate half the tilapia with the salad. I also had 2 glasses of Iced Tea with lots of lemon. Yes I'm eating more than 1 lemon juice a day. I have to have it on some things and I didn't have stevia with me for the tea. It was only 160 calories for the Tilapia I ate and I brought the rest home to have tomorrow. YIPEE!! I was actually WAY full!!

U got a dessert and I didn't even taste it. I did eat the 1 crouton off my salad. LOL I hope that doesn't affect me too much. I was tempted to eat 1 french fry but I knew that one would lead to more so I was good.

I'm going to eat half a grapefruit in just a bit and then get to bed.

I gained today. I thought yesterday's loss was a lot. So really since Friday I've lost 1.2 or .6 a day. So, when I look at it like that it's not so bad. I'm still down 11 lbs total in a week. WOWZA!!

I had a half a grapefruit at noon and then the Sweet Wasabi Chicken but I boiled some spinach and put lemon juice and sea salt on it then the chicken on top. It was good.

I tried to take a nap but it wasn't working with the kids running all over and I was on the couch.

For dinner I made the family some cream of mushroom soup mixed with brown minute rice stuff and myself a Mexican Cilantro Chicken something dish. It was spicy but flavorful and pretty good. I put it on top of Romaine lettuce. It had my 2nd veggie. I'm guessing that spinach is a veggie so that was my first.

Later I cut up some strawberries I had in my fridge that were going bad. I put them in a bowl and put a pack of stevia on them. It was a different taste for sure and some was bitter but some was good. I might have to have it again with fresher strawberries and mashed a little more and maybe frozen.

Now, I have a huge headache. I feel it might be from not being able to take a good nap this afternoon but it could be only having just over 400 calories for the whole day today too. I've been trying my best to drink drink drink. I know the last few days I have been working hard on drinking too.

Now, I'm getting ready for bed.

Today I woke up SOOO surprised that I had lost 7.2 lbs. YIPEEE!!!! How exciting. I'm feeling so great too. The loss is making the food part so worth it. I'm not expecting to see great losses every day but I'll take what I get. Whooopie!

I had a lunch with the local moms group at Spaghetti Factory so I took my Spicy Mustard Chicken with me along with those little vine tomatoes cut up with salt and pepper on them and some of the Spicey Mustard Sauce that I made to cook the chicken with. I ordered A a kids Mac N cheese and myself a dinner salad. I took the carrots and croutons off and piled my stuff on top. It was actually very tastey. I think I put too much sauce on because it was too vinegary for me but it was overall very good.

I went to the grocery store and got some items to make a few salads for our BBQ and picked up some more apples and Tarragon (since I didn't have any yet).

Came home and had to relax a bit because it was so stinking hot I was exhausted and A was asleep. I shouldn't have but I needed to. I got ready for the BBQ and we were only 2 hours late. YIKES. I made what my family calls Spastic Salad (cool whip, lime jello mix, pineapple chunks and cottage cheese) mixed together. It sounds gross but it's really good. I threw in a green salad and took a ton of salad dressings. We had to stop and get hot dogs for U and the kids and get gas. That took an hour of the 2 to get there.

We got to the BBQ ate our food. I had made for myself a Rosemary Asparagus (with the terragon because I now don't have rosemary), sweet wasabi dipping sauce/Marinade for my chicken. I cooked my chicken on the george forman grill with the sauce before we left. It wasn't mouth watering but it was OK. I may have it again and add more Wasabi because all I tasted was the Liquid Amino's. Yes I tried them. Not sure if I liked them but... oh well. I also had bought a 64 oz iced tea unsweetened at the gas station that I drank 3/4 of while sitting at the BBQ.

After we were done at the BBQ we took the kids to the Rodeo. It was a lot of fun. The boys were fighting that they didn't want to go but after we got there they had a blast. They bought Kettle Corn YUM!! I could just sit there and smell it. :( I ate my last fruit of the day though, my orange. It wasn't hard to sit there with them eating popcorn. It just smelled SO yummy.

We sat on a grass hill that was on the way to the car because they said there would be fireworks but we never saw any. It was ok because the boys chased each other and played with their glow toys and A ran around us getting some energy out. We also waited for the traffic to die down so it didn't take us an hour to get out.

I'm fixing when I blog because I think it's confusing. I'm actually writing this Sunday morning about Saturday and the weight I had from that day but I'm going to start with the weight I get that morning and write if that makes sense. Since I know what my weight was today I'll put it here but starting today it's going to be a bit different.

Not a lot released since yesterday. That's ok. I will try to figure out what I did. Maybe it was the tomatoes with the lettuce. ?? I thought lettuce was a "eat as much as you want" food. I did feel very satisfied at the end of the night. I'm not hungry or feeling like I didn't get enough to eat. Maybe it was because I had 5.5 more calories than I should have.

We all went to the chiro with U today so I had to hurry and prepare my lunch and take it with us. I ate it in the car on the way there. I ate my apple on the way back. They stopped and got sub sandwiches and they sounded SOOO good. Avocado's YUM!!

I got home and made my dinner to take to Bunko with me and my lunch tomorrow. I decided to make a Spicy Mustard Chicken. I had to make the spicy mustard too. It wasn't very hard to make either one. Didn't take much time either. I took that with a few little tomatoes off the vine cut in 4ths with salt and pepper and a half grapefruit. I ate my food when I got there with everyone else eating so it wasn't too odd. Then when they were eating brownies and ice cream I ate my grapefruit with salt. It was yummy. Usually sitting at the table I'm good and don't eat the candy that's sitting there. This time I really wanted to just because it was there but not because I "wanted" it. I drank a bottle of unsweetened black tea with my stevia sweetener also.

I hope I'm doing the days with the releases right. It makes sense to me but I don't know if it will to someone else reading. I actually update the morning after with the loss from THAT day. I write through the blog throughout the day so it IS from that day. If it's confusing help me figure out how to make it make sense to you.

I'm feeling VERY hungry this morning. My stomach is growling like it's starving. UGH! I really want to order the flavored stevia's so I can make some of those shakes.

Princess A didn't sleep very well last night. She's not sick or anything she just didn't want to go to sleep. She was doing acrobats across the bed all night. Then the alarm went off at 5:45 and she was up for good. YAWN!!! I am soooo tired and she's still bouncing off the walls. It's only 8:45 am.

Finally 10:00 am she fell asleep. She was sharing an apple with E and he accidentally bit her finger. Awww poor baby. It hurt it broke skin in a few places. He felt so bad. It was totally an accident too but... it hurts.

So I had the Chicken Taco's for lunch today and I put the meat on a bed of romaine lettuce and cut up some little red tomatoes. (I can't remember the name of them) I ate that. It was really good!

I decided to make Pesto Chicken for dinner tonight. I LOVE LOVE LOVE pesto. I've never made it before. It was REALLY good. I also made it for the family. They didn't like it as much as I did. They felt it was too lemony. Eh when that's part of the only flavors you get it is just really good. They were able to eat it with brown rice.

I made Cucumbers marinated in Apple Cider Vinegar. It brought back a LOT of memories. My grandma used to make these and I had no idea that's the vinegar she used. I've tried to use regular vinegar and it didn't work. YUMMMYYYY!!!! I'm loving it now. My kids even loved them.

So today I ate:

Chicken Taco's with Tomatoes, 1/2 grapefruit, Pesto Chicken, Vinegar Cucumber slices and an apple.

B is stopping her injections. She works graveyards in a hard physical job and it's a lot of hard work. It's too hard for her to get through on the little of food she's allowed. I totally understand that when I compare how hard she works compared to how much I tried to walk and it kicked my butt. It's ok she really looks great anyway as she is.

I think AM and I are going to get together this week and do menu's at least for the next week.

We've saved money not eating out!!!

Today I started with an apple around noon. Then about 2-3 ish I had my curry chicken that I made last night mixed with fresh spinach leaves. It was pretty good.

For Dinner I made Chicken Taco's out of the cookbook. It says to use lettuce leaves in place of a tortilla or shell but I didn't have a head of lettuce. So, I took the romaine lettuce I had and made it into a taco salad I guess. LOL The family had diced tomatoes on theirs and they really liked it.

I'm not making as much as I used to and it seems they are not eating as much either. Maybe this food is just more filling. I dunno. LOL

I've been making 2 servings of whatever dinner I'm going to have so I can have it the next day for lunch. It's working really well. I hate cooking twice a day. I hate cooking once a day but I'll do it. After I cook for a while it's not so bad and using these recipes is really fun because I am using spices I've never heard of or used before and they are really yummy.

I had a slight headache today but nothing serious. Yesterday was much worse.

I went walking with J tonight and OMG I could only walk 2 laps. It's kicking my butt! I'm a sweating hog and get very tired. Somewhere I read that you can exercise 1 hour a day but really they suggest none at all. I can see now why they say none.

Today was good! Was so much smoother than yesterday. I didn't eat anything until after noon and I had an orange. That held me through til about 2ish and I had what I had made last night.

Because the dinner I had made last night had a lot of onions in it I counted that as my vegetable. So, for lunch I had my chicken and veggie.

I made dinner it was a Curry Chicken and an Asparagus and Apple Salad. For the family I just made a larger portion of the Curry Chicken and Brown Rice.

They Curry Chicken and Asparagus and Apple Salad were REALLY yummy. I could only eat half the salad at dinner. Then I went walking and over to help AM with her menu planning.

I did make tea sometime during the day because I bought an Iced Tea Brewer and thought I really need to drink tea in the morning so I'm not so hungry.

When I went to get Bragg's Liquid Amino's on sunday from Harmon's the guy there told me they have MSG in them. He said it's a secret but they really do. I was no to happy about that esp after getting this cook book and a lot of the recipes have Liquid Amino's in them. So, I posted on a forum asking and I got a LONG answer that I don't really know if it's an answer. LOL So, if anyone knows or knows how I can find out... please tell me.

Overall a good day! I tried to finish the Asparagus and Apple Salad when I got home after walking and AM's house but I still couldn't eat it all because I was too full.

Oh I did have a headache today too. It was almost to the point I couldn't concentrate. It lasted for about an hour maybe. I think it was the most stressful part of my day. The kids were fighting, U had just gotten home and I was trying to decided what to make for dinner and put recipes in my bodybugg program to get calories. Too many things at once.

Today I didn't eat until 11-12 and I had an apple. It made me feel SOOO full. I didn't feel hungry for another hour and a halfish. Then, I didn't know where to start to make something. Couldn't decided what I wanted to make. I finally found some recipes on another members blog HCGRecipes and went through them to find what I had all the ingredients for. Then, I went through those to see which one was the fastest to cook. LOL I decided on

Lemon Mustard Broiled Chicken.


While I was making this to eat I decided to cut up the chicken I had purchased and weigh it into 3.5 oz sizes. I put them in sandwich size bags to freeze them so when I want to cook something they are already in the right portion. I ended up with 18 bags of 3.5 oz of chicken. That's going to last me 9 days. YIPEE!!

I ate my chicken and it was REALLY good.

I then finished putting the chicken away and was still a little hungry. I knew I had to get at least 1 veggie in before it got too late in the day and had a veggie with dinner too. So, I had a cucumber. I shared with the kids but weighed what I ate so I could get the correct calories for what I did eat. I was beyond full. I don't think I finished the cucumber portion that I had for myself.

By this time it was about 3 in the afternoon. Time to think of what to have for dinner. So, I found another recipe on that website.

Garlic Chicken


This is something I can make for the whole family. So, I make my portion up in my own little pan and make some in the big pan for the family. Get it all in the oven and cooking.

I ran to Sam's with AM and J to get some items she wasn't able to get from the day before. I LOVE their Ice Cream Sundae with the fruit mix. I don't know what they call it but we LOVE them. I saw some ladies walking out of the store with them when we first got there. Then through the store as we got closer to the food area I told AM it's just torture because I'm so hungry and really want one but I'm not going to get one. As we checked out she wanted to get J one... LOL I said to her yeah it's ok just torture me some more. LOL It wasn't bad I knew I could eat when I got home before I went walking with J.

When she dropped me off I went into the house and devoured my food. I had made two so I could have one for lunch the next day. U was so funny he asked if I wanted more. (They really liked it and made noodles to put with theirs). I told him I ate my portion and couldn't have anymore but thanks. He said there's another one here. LOL Yep that's for tomorrows lunch. That's the portion I get to eat, feel bad for me now? It's not very much.

I went walking with J as soon as I was done eating. Surprisingly I was pretty full. I drank a ton of water through the day too. I need to get my hydration up.

Walking was good and I was not too hungry but I brought an apple to eat on the way home so I wasn't eating too late and it was my last fruit for the day.

Now, for tomorrow to see how much of a loss I have. YAY!!

Today was my first load day. I was up SOOO late the night before all I wanted to do was sleep. I had 2 Mrs. Fields Cookies, took a 4 hour nap and then went to sushi for dinner. I ate and ate and felt like I was going to burst. I had 2 cokes while eating sushi.

Starting...

Well... we did it!

I ordered the needles and syringes with a glass bottle, bac water and filter needles from a place online. The company was called Androusa Inc. Very fast shipping. Ordered on Wed and received on doorstep Friday.

Last night U sat with me and we mixed the solutions. Injections for AM and B and Sublingual Spray for myself. It wasn't as bad as I expected. I don't really know what I expected though. LOL

I delivered the Injections to AM to start this morning. We filled a few syringes to store in the fridge. Enough for 4 days for her and B each. Then we went to WalMart.

WalMart trips in the middle of the night for us are not uncommon. We can be there for hours just looking at lots of nothing. Baby J went with us too LOL So, on our (really my list) list to purchase was for me really...

I'm a little nervous but VERY excited. AM and I are going to go shopping for our food today so we can prepare it tomorrow and start the VLCD on Monday. YAY!! I am very excited for this to happen.

ACK

Ok we haven't started. I ordered needles, syringes and amber bottles with bac water online today. I hope it comes by Friday. If it's here Friday we can start Saturday. If it's here Saturday we will start Sunday. Either way we'll start the day after it gets here.

I'm still nursing A about once a day. She'd be done if someone didn't bring her to bed in the mornings. hint hint... ;) She really is ok without it until she's tired and wants to go to sleep and if I can distract her with milk or water in a cup she's fine.

Today she's having a total emotional day. I don't know what she wants. She's screaming in her bed right now. She keeps telling me no. Good thing we are learning sign language... the words and actions at the same time mean she's serious. LOL

She's settling down but she wants to take a tubby with J and E and they just want to play. Z is reading so I'll give her a tubby later when she wakes up and can play.

Ok so I have to get the supplies for the injections and I'm really nervous about this. I don't know where to go or start. U called Walgreens and they said you don't have to have a prescription to get them but I'm still nervous about it.

We talked about starting Wednesday but honestly I think it will be best to start on Friday or Saturday. The first two days are fat loading days and the 3rd day is the VLCD so it would be best not to start the VLCD on Friday.

I bought some Chicken on Friday to cut into portions and freeze but I think it's bad sitting in my fridge. I guess I need to either throw it away and get more or take it back. Today is the expiration on one of them the other expiration is the 18th. So they shouldn't be smelly yet.

Going to bed... A was asleep EARLY tonight so I have a feeling she's going to be up sometime in the middle of the night or way too early in the morning.

Starting my HCG journey

I need to think of a cute creative name for my HCG journey... Help!

Today I have all the supplies to mix my HCG and get started. I'm helping friends get started too. However, they are doing injections and I'm doing sublingual.

Injections = needles
sublingual = under the tongue

I've been very excited to do this up until now. I haven't been doing so well keeping up on my bodybugg and I think it's because I knew I was going to start this journey. I also went on vacation. I did wear it though. I took it off to go on the airplane. Didn't know if it would cause issues through security.

So my excitement has turned into being nervous, stress and worry. I'm nervous about being good about doing this every day. I'm stressing about how hard it's going to be because I know it's not going to be easy. Then I'm worrying about it because I'll have to make me something different than I'm making the rest of the family. We haven't been eating at home much and during the summer that gets worse because we are on the go a lot. With this change I will have to cook more. When I start cooking I'm ok with it. It's the getting started that's the hardest part.

I'm going walking with Jenn tonight. First time in 2 weeks. I'm excited. I need to get out and we have a good time chatting while we walk.

Tomorrow hopefully I have first day post of starting the HCG diet. I don't think we are ready to start yet but we'll see.
